This airy, bright villa, named "Los Heroes" has expansive ocean views, especially spectacular from the 30 foot windows on the entry level. The villa has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8. Three bedrooms have queen beds, each with a private deck overlooking the ocean, and 1 bdrm has bunk beds. All 4 bdrms have private en suites with showers. There is also air conditioning, private heated pool, well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher, modern and spotless bathrooms, purified tap water, outdoor charcoal grill, DVD library, and all linens are provided. Daily maid service is included.

From every room you can see miles of ocean and the lush, tropical landscape surrounding it. There is a spacious patio with a private pool and a large palapa (open air straw hut), ideal for dining or simply relaxing while overlooking Manzanillo Bay. The villa has approximately 2000 square feet of outdoor tiled deck space, which is lined with an abundance of tropical flowering plants such as hibiscus, plumeria, and bougainvillea, creating a vibrant, fragrant, and exotic outdoor atmosphere. There are many seating areas outside on the numerous decks, all with their own beautiful vistas of Manzanillo Bay and the Mexican landscape. The villa is tastefully furnished with Mexican furniture, as well as local arts and crafts. An on-site cook is available for hire to make home-cooked, authentic Mexican meals such as ceviche, quesadillas, paella, and enchiladas, as well as international cuisine. Within a short driving distance are supermarkets, excellent cafes, convenience stores, and ATM machines.

The villa is located in La Punta, an exclusive community, impeccably manicured and lushly landscaped. In addition to the private pool in the villa, La Punta has its own beach club (La Escondida) for the exclusive enjoyment of La Punta guests. The beach club includes a large pool, gym, and beautiful white sand beach, where you can swim, snorkel and laze the day away under the shade of a palapa. Feel free to take the cooler provided in the villa to the beach filled with picnic goodies and drinks. La Punta also has a tennis facility with 4 lit courts with full time pro, as well as a chipping and putting green. There is a championship golf course (La Mantarraya) ten minutes away associated with the Las Hadas resort. It has been ranked in the top 100 courses in the world. There are two other world-class courses (The Grand Bay - Isla Navidad and El Tamarindo) within a 45 - 60 minute drive. A public 9 hole course (Santiago) is 15 mins away.

Remaining half + $500 damage deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Rental deposit is non-refundable. Remainder is refunded if villa is rebooked. Cheques or bank drafts accepted. Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.
