This is a lovely and comfortable home, with two fireplaces, an enclosed, private courtyard with a fountain, another patio with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a sunroof with 360degree views. Orientation is south and west for great light and beautiful sunsets. The highway to Queretaro is nearby. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a new washer and dryer. The master bedroom has one queen bed, jacuzzi tub and shower in the bath and a a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a full wall of closets, two double beds, and a shower in the bathroom. There is cable TV, wireless internet and a CD/DVD player in the living room. Public transportation is a short walk away. Taxis are $30 pesos to any destination and the buses are a mere $4 pesos per person. That's about $.40 US. The air is clean, the weather is warm and dry and the restaurants/culture/shopping available are unsurpassed!
