Lovely grounds have 60ft. solar heated swimming pool, gardens, garage and full time staff. Completely private and wonderfully secure in the heart of Mexico and San Miguel de Allende. Close walk to center of town. Adults only, well behaved pet allowed.

    • Full time staff on premises six days per week. 60ft. solar heated pool. Very private and secure. Town center is brief 5 minute walk. We are perched on top of closest hill in town and the view is breathtaking. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Great shopping in town with lots of fine restaurants, theater performances, music and dance concerts, lectures and all types of art, cooking and language classes available year round. There are numerous tour operators to assist your visits to surrounding towns for sightseeing, historical tours, local hotsprings etc. You also have your choice of several local spas and their inidividualized treatments. San Miguel has the best climate in all of Mexico as we are nearly 7,000 ft. in altitude and have warm sunny days with cool fresh evenings. Lounge on your private sun deck with your favorite book and a glass of wine and enjoy the fantastic view.

    Departure cleaning fee of $75.00 Once you have a received a confirmation of availability, you must make a 50% down payment in order to confirm a reservation. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of this down payment. THERE IS NO REFUND FOR CANCELLATION. The remaining 50% payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $500. is required with this final payment. Deductions from the security deposit will be made for damages in general to the home or for misplaced, missing or broken items as well as scratches, burns, spotted rugs. Telephone charges during your stay will also be deducted from the security deposit once we receive final bill from Mexican phone company.
