The Villa has Four Master Suites with large LCD tv with HD satellite.There is also a Media Room to relax or watch your favorite sports or movie on the Boise surround system.Unless you would like to relax in the hot tub with a drink of your choice or relax on the deck and Barbaque fresh Fish or a great steak. The villa is 6000 sq ft of living area plus decks.There are three king size beds and one queen all rooms are big enough to put in a convertable bed that blows up and has fitted sheets.The master suite all have there own AC units so you can control your room tempture.The villa also has wifi and vonage for your telephone needs.There is a Private beach on the back side of the Pedregal if you like to walk or just relax or fish, not recommended for swimming it is on the Pacific Ocean.Casa Miguel sits on the hills of Pedregal a gated communty and is only a five min. walk to down town.There is also a chef opon request.Also services can be arranged if you would like to have all your food and drinks stocked in the house prior to arrivalso you can enjoy a cold one when you get there.

The Villa comes with house cleaning at no extra charge 5 days a week Saturdays are extra.The house has a water filter system with charcoal filters and black light.
