An on-site caretaker is there to assist you in any way necessary, and daily maid service is provided. Our friend, Octavio Aviles can arrange all of your transportation, food services and catering needs. 
 
This private compound is less than six years old, and is available for rental by the day (3 night minimum), week, or month.

Want to fish? Casa Cardonal includes all the world-class fishing equipment you will need to go after those big trophy fish for which the Gulf of California is famous, assisted by a local boat captain and guide. 
 
Want to play golf? Some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world are located about an hour's drive away. A beautiful new golf resort has just opened up at Bahia de los Suenos, about a half-hour's boat ride away. Want to just relax? Casa Cardonal's sea-side pool and jacuzzi (great for kids!) will provide the pampering you are looking for, or just paddle around and enjoy the scenery. Four kayaks are parked on your private beach! 
 
Want to dive the fabulous depths of the Sea of Cortez? There is great snorkeling on the reef, less than a mile from Casa Cardonal, and any kind of recreational diving can be arranged at your convenience.

Fishermen, full access and use of Casa Cardonal’s fishing boat (Panga), which includes a boat captain/guide, fishing gear, and fuel, is available for an additional fee. The challenge and excitement of landing that “big one” will really cap off your vacation experience. Scuba, snorkel, kiteboard, or just hang out on the beach.

High Season (April through August, October, November) Weekly Rate: $7,500.00 (7 nights) Mid Season (December - except Christmas & New Years - through March & September) Weekly Rate: $6,000.00 (7 nights) Holiday Season Rates (Christmas and New Years): 1 week minimum at $9,000.00 per week. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Balance of rental fees are due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
