Vacation Rental Description
Truly elegant hacienda (featured in the august 2011 issue of the decoration magazine "living"),located in an oasis, on a 5 acre plantation of mature avocados, mangoes,banana and citrus trees, as well as a sugar cane plantation and a palm grove....even a river! 
Yet it is only 5 mn walk from the village and 10 mn drive from swimmable beaches. 
Close enough at night to hear the ocean rocking you to sleep... 
The hacienda has 3 different constructions; 
The main building, has a palapa style roof. It includes the living room,with sunken oversize couches and fireplace,the dining room, a gourmet kitchen and outdoor grill and eating area. 
The second building is the master bedroom, with king size bed and bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, and 2 showers (indoor and outdoor). 
The 3 rd construction has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with 2 double beds. They share a large bathroom with double sinks and indoor as well as outdoor showers. 
The lap pool (50 feet long) with a deck and a 4th small bedroom with queen size bed and outdoor bathroom 
The hacienda is furnished with a mixture of carefully selected Morrocan, Balinese and Mexican pieces and is design for indoor/outdoor living. 
A couple of English speaking caretakers lives on the premises,in a separate bungalow. They are great cooks and can cook for you delicious healthy organic meals (fish ceviche, carpaccio, organic salads, rizzotto... ) for small extra fee. Maid services is also available. 
All rooms have very high ceilings, thick walls, many windows, outdoor couches, roof terraces, hammocks.  
The small historic colonial village of Todos Santos awaits you with its many art galleries, international restaurants (Italien,Mexican, Thai, Japanese, French), stores, yoga center, equestrian center, cafes and bars....You can procure fresh fish daily caught, organic vegetables which grow in abundance in the area, go horseback riding on the beach, get suntan, swim and surf, read and meditate, and clear your mind from stress by walking on miles long deserted beaches, watching the whales come very close to shore, and incredible sunsets....

    I am a french born citizen, and first moved to NYC in my early 20's, working in the fashion business, then a few years later, moved to LA, and started to work more as an interior decorator.
    I bought a 5 acres piece of land in Todos santos, Mexico, and built the hacienda , a place where I can truly relax, either by myself, or with my family and friends (since all the bedrooms are separate bungalows, it's very private and calm), enjoy nature, sleep, swimm, read, cook at home for friends or enjoy the great local restaurants.
    I always come back to LA full of energy and positive thoughts.
    The house has just been featured in the august issue of the German decoration magazine "Living", please see the cover of the magazine in the image box .
