Microwave and stove are new 2006. A separate laundry/utility room is in the unit. The complex has 3 pools, 1 children’s pool, palapa’s and landscaped gardens. In order to reserve the condos a deposit equal to 50% of the rent and security/damage deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

The deposit is conditionally refunded if the condo is returned in a similar state as it was received. A $25.00 service fee will be withheld unless agreed to by the owner. The deposit may be applied to pay any long distance calls or other expenses not agreed to by the owner.
