These top floor units “Veracruz” and “Segusino” overlook the pool and have views of San Jose del Cabo, the Estuary, Sea of Cortez and Punta Gorda. . These units has been completely remodeled and decorated to a very high standard. Many of the furnishings are hand made in a modern living but traditional style. The kitchen is well appointed and a separate utility room with full size laundry is in the unit. The Convenient to all, these units are above the Mayan Palace Golf Coarse and walking distance to the best of San Jose Del Cabo. A short drive takes you to some of the best beaches in Baja like the one and only Palmilla, Chileno and Santa Maria bays. Concierge service and security is provided. Historic San Jose Del Cabo has become a great place to dine and shop. Gourmet and traditional dinning is abundant. Many painters and artisans have located here in San Jose's historic building. The town square is a great place to people watch and take a break. ATV, Kayaking, horseback riding, fishing, golf or just beaching it are all 10-15 minutes away.

    • This unit is on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms, one en suite and 2 baths. The halls and bedrooms have vaulted ceilings. The kitchen and baths have been remodeled with Kohler sinks and toilets with Italian ceramic tiles. The Master bedroom has a large picture window with views to Punta Gorda and the Sea of Cortez. The balcony over looks the pool and gardens and has a BBQ and seating. Every room has air conditioning and ceiling fans. The Kitchen has all the cookware and serving ware provided. Microwave and stove are new 2006. A separate laundry/utility room is in the unit. The complex has 3 pools, 1 children’s pool, palapa’s and landscaped gardens. Security and concierge service is provided.

Cabo San Lucas and El Arco is a short 20 minute drive on Transpeninsula Hwy. The quaint town of Todos Santos and the famous "Hotel California" is a 1 ½ hour drive up the West Cape side of the peninsula. The Cabo Pulmo reefs and the quaint towns of Los Barrilles and Buena Vista are a 1 ½ hour drive up the East Cape.

    We accept secure on-line PayPal or Credit Cards Payments. In order to reserve the condos a deposit equal to 50% of the rent and security/damage deposit is required. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is conditionally refunded if the condo is returned in a similar state as it was received. A $25.00 service fee will be withheld unless agreed to by the owner. The deposit may be applied to pay any long distance calls or other expenses not agreed to by the owner.
