Our condo is located in a quiet complex on the beautiful Mayan Palace Golf Course & in the Hotel zone.

This first floor condo has 2 queen-sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is available as a 1 or 2 bedroom rental. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with oversized shower and sliding glass doors on to the terrace. The condo has a living room that comfortably seats five, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for four, and a large dining terrace overlooking the newly planted cactus gardens and 4th fairway. The main pool is just in front of the building adjacent to ours.

Across the street one can stroll the sandy beaches of the Sea of Cortez and the Hotel zone. Only a 15-minute walk to the charming historic downtown of San Jose del Cabo for restaurants and shopping and 1 mile from the newly built Mega supermarket (similar to a Walmart). For those last minute items, a new convenience store is located at the entrance of the complex. The party town of Cabo San Lucas is just a 20-minute drive, or a bus or taxi ride.

Looking for casual, Rusty Putters Sports Bar is within walking distance from the condo. Cabo San Lucas has many terrific restaurants and many bars and is quite a party place.
