We are located 3 blocks from the "Malecon", the beach and Marina La Paz.  
 
Wake up to the sound of the church bells, at a distance you may hear a chicken or the water man driving down the street delivering water to the "abuelitas". From this great location our guests can enjoy all the flavors and colors of La Paz. This is real Mexico. Just a short walk to little "hole in the wall" restaurants or some of the city's best taco stands. We are 3 blocks to the famous Rancho Viejo, aim towards the beach, follow the smoke and you'll find it! 
 
The house is in a large garden with 2 fountains and comfortable furniture to enjoy the outdoor living lifestyle of Baja. There is a fire pit with fragrant mesquite logs from the desert for night time "fogatas". The outside eating area is equipped with a new Weber gas grill with a burner for cooking. There is a charcoal grill as well. Most importantly there is a hammock for naps. The basic kitchenette has a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, a prep area with all that is needed. *There is no kitchen sink and stove.  
 
We provide an ice chest and towels and chairs for the beach. All the windows have lined curtains for privacy. The bedroom loft has a queen size bed, and the living room has full size sofa/bed. Enjoy high quality bedding and linens. Everything is new. There is WiFi and AC. Private entrance and gated parking.  
No children under 15 please.

For an extra charge meals can be provided or kitchenette can be stocked and ready with your favorite items for your arrival. We speak English, French, Italian, German and of course Spanish.

Close to everything, walking distance to the "Malecon" water front boardwalk, shops, restaurants, galleries and historic downtown.

• Nearest Airport : LAP at 15 kilometers distance;
• Travel Info: Fly directly into La Paz (LAP) it is a short drive to town. Fly into Los Cabos (SJD) there is a shuttle to La Paz directly from the Los Cabos airport, it takes 2 1/2 hours. It is a lovely drive through the desert, the landscape is very interesting. There are also comfortable, clean air-conditioned long distance buses in San Jose del Cabo 5 minutes from the airport departing every half hour for La Paz. Shuttle and bus cost approx. $30 US. They make stops along the way as needed.
