Casa Revolución is a beautiful 1910 adobe home with high ceilings and tiled floors. The house is decorated in a colorful Mexican colonial style with antique furniture and contemporary art. A wonderful palmed patio with an inviting pool welcomes you to rest and enjoy! Garage for one car, but within walking distance to sea promenade, shops, restaurants and galleries. It also functions as a bed and breakfast for selected groups, and we also offer in chef services.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,200 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,500 per Week
         

    For reservation a $200 dollar deposit as well as a signed contract is requested. 50% of the total is required 60 days in advance and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. The reservation deposit becomes security/cleaning deposit and will be reimbursed entirely within 15 days after departure if there has been no damage to the property or any extra utilities owed. If paying with a credit card, I use my PayPal account and charge an extra 4-6% service fee for the total payment. Otherwise a direct deposit into my US dollar account is also possible. High season are main US holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, etc
