One-level living in this newly remodeled hacienda style home located on the 17th hole of the Cabo Real Golf Course. From the pool area and living area unbeatable views to the golf course and the ocean just 3/4's of a mile away. Located in the San Jose Corridor just 11 miles from San Jose del Cabo and 13 miles from Cabo San Lucas, this house offers serenity and comfort in a country golf course and blue water view atmosphere. Cabo Real Golf course is the only golf course in this area that is not private. The closest public course is located near the One and Only Palmilla just 5 miles away. Just across the street is the famous Ventanas resort and the quaint Casa del Mar resort. Also just zig-zag across the street is the Melia Cabo Real hotel and the Hilton. Also just a minute away is the Marquise Hotel that offers exceptional vista and distinctive architecture.  
 
Just 5 miles up the road is the beautiful cove of Chileno Bay that has one of the largest coral reefs in the Cabo San Lucas area. The beach at the Hilton has a gorgeous protected bay and Jet ski's for hire. During the Whale Season, Jet ski's can be rented and driven to experience the whales. The entire coast for 22 miles between the two towns offers incredible picks of beach. Just choose one, and then try another. 
 
Restaurants are abundant in both towns. The famous Tropicana and Morgan's is in nearby San Jose del Cabo. While in Cabo San Lucas you have the famous Edith's and Mi Casa. And don't forget the night life in Cabo Squid Roe and Cabo Wabo. New clubs are opening all the time. 
 
During the day if people watching and having fun is your desire, head down to Medano beach and enjoy THE OFFICE or THE MANGO DECK or BILLYGAN'S ISLAND. This is non stop fun and games all day. In the evening there are sunset cruises to the likings of everyone in the Cabo San Lucas Bay.  
 
The activities that can be found in the Los Cabos area are just too many to mention here; golf, world class fishing, ATV, horse back riding, jet ski, parasailing, baja buggies, zip lines, swim with the dolphins, are only a taste of what can be found.
