Ramble through the 2850 square foot two story villa, beautifully appointed with full kitchen,granite counters,state of the art stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full refigerator. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen.

Stroll out onto your deck from the dining room to a gas bar-b-que and outdoor dining facilities.

Beautiful living room with electric fireplace and large sliding glass doors to the terrace overlooking your own private pool and Jack Nicholas golf courses.

The master suite boasts a flat screen TV, internet access, and a hot tub just outside your door to the terrace. The full bath has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub looking out onto the courtyard with a full closet and in house safe.
All of this is on the main floor.

The lower level has a utility room with full size washer and dryer,the two guest suites and family room.

Your villa sleeps 10 comfortably with two junior suites(one king & one with two queens),each suite has it's own TV,private bath and large closet.

The family room has a queen sofa and entertainment center with a computer and free high-speed internet. It also has a large TV and DVD player.

The Junior suites and family room have access to the 1700 sp ft terrace with pool,and lounge chairs. Each room has a spectacular view of the Pacific and private exits to the terrace.
