This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1200 Sq.' new condo is in the Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas, " El Pedregal". Gate guarded 24 hour security makes you feel safe as you relax in luxury. A fully stocked kitchen is ready for a romantic dinner for 2 or a family affair. Get comfy in leather and tapestry couches while listening to music of a huge library of movies.
Just steps outside your first floor condo is one of two pools. This unit is in a building that only has one other condo above it that is vacant. It is very private but easily accessible. You have a 375 Sq.' balcony with a table and 6 chairs along with a BBQ for entertaining.
The community is overlooking the town and Sea of Cortez. In the day you can watch the cruise ships come in and look at the lights of town at night. Walk to the heart of Cabo in just 7 minutes. Shops, restaurants and clubs are just moments away. Medano Beach is a 5 minute drive away but you will also have access to our Private beach on the Pacific side.
Each bedroom has a king size bed for your comfort, our kids sleep on air beds and I do have a crib on-site.

Fully stocked kitchen. Includes Espresso machine,Coffee maker, full size refrig that I can have stocked and ready for you upon arrival. Beach towels, Ice chest and games all ready to use. I-pod player and Game station.
