Vacation Rental Description
This is our part-time home, so it is appointed to suit our needs and certainly well suits the needs of our tenants.Recently redecorated in Mexican motif this 1 bedroom condo has a view to the Sea of Cortez and views of 1 of the pools. There is a very large patio for outdoor enjoyment. There are 2 pools on site as well as a pool bar for beverages and light meals. Just a short walk is a small sandy beach area that is a great place for snorkeling/tidepooling and swimming. It is quite secluded and rarely crowded (we have never had beach peddlers show up at this beach). From the west side of the complex is a spectacular view of Land's End. The kitchen is completely equipped and nicely appointed with matching dishware/glassware/as well as good pots and pans/appliances and bar-b-q. There is a large tub/shower in the bath. Ample bedding/towels are provided.You are not required to take care of the clean-up laundry upon departure, that is done by our property manager and his staff. 
There is also a TV in living room/bedroom/VCR/DVD player/stereo system/DVD library/some VCR's and a book exchange. 
There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as Costco and other shopping facilities nearby.Tennis courts are also available. Public transportation is available at the end of the driveway (about a 4 block walk to HWY.)Internet connections are available (at this time not secure sites, but open access sites).

    • There are two pools (one great for the earlier time of day and the other the late afternoon and sunset views of Land's End).One of the pools has a swim-up pool bar with food and beverages available. We have a Book Exchange and a fairly large library of DVD's. Tennis courts on site. Playstation and Playstation games as well as VCR.You are walking distance from 4 restaurants.There is a Costco/Walmart nearby. Bus service to downtown Cabo for those not wishing to rent a car.

    $ 99 per night(Jan 3-June 1 and Oct 1-Dec 18) for 7 night stay! 5 nights free with 30 day booking. Contact for quote for longer term rates. 50% deposit to hold reservation/balance due + $250 deposit within 60 days of arrival date. Resrevations made with less than 60 days to arrival balance to be paid in full. Rental confirmation e-mailed upon receipt. Refund of deposit at the time property mananger confirms no damages from stay. Guests are only responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Fees can be paid by check ($50 fee for returned check)and upon approval of check deposit confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Visa/MC available contact owner for form.Charge will be run through business owned by Condo owner (Silver Creek Coffee House will be the name that shows on your statement)
