The Cabo San Lucas Beach and Tennis Club is the timeshare part of the ME at Melia San Lucas Hotel. Only a ten minute walk to town for many more restaurants and clubs, shopping and the the marina. Each air-conditioned unit has a terrace and a mini kitchenette.

This six-story resort is located right on El Medano Beach, one of Mexico's finest swimming beaches. Dominated by the rock formation known as "El Fin de la Tierra" (The End of the World), the Cabo San Lucas Beach and Tennis Club offers an uncommon blend of luxury accommodations, unparalleled guest services and award winning cuisine. An enchanted paradise nestled between the deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and the striking desert mountains .

All beach amenities, rentals and safe swimming are out your front door. Its just a 10-minute walk to the colonial village of Cabo San Lucas. Near fabulous fishing and scuba diving sites, and close to five golf courses.

Rooms include amenities such as a full bathroom with hair-dryer, air-conditioning, satellite color TV, telephone, mini-bar, coffee maker, daily maid service, and safety deposit box. 24-hour Room Service.

Units are studios with either a single king or two queen size beds. Choose from an ocean or garden view. They have a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, small refrigerator and a coffee maker.

This resort has a Saturday check-in, and is available year-round, except for the last to weeks of the year and Easter week.

Low Season Price : $1100 High Season Price : $1100 per Week
Rent is payable by check, cash or PayPal. At least one person over the age of 21 must be registered for the room with a valid credit card. Reservations : Once you pick a week, we will call for availability. We will make an actual reservation once we receive a down-payment of half of the rental anount shown on our calendar. If that week is no longer available we will contact you to see if you want to try another week. If no other week is acceptable, we will refund your money in full. Once a reservation is made, we will give you a “Guest Assignment Form” to confirm your reservation. We also fax a copy of this to the resort. We will also send you a Rental Agrreement with the terms of the rental for you to sign. The balance of the rent is due 45 days before your departure date.
