Cabo Villas Beach Resort is located right on Medina Beach in Cabo San Lucas. This is the BEST (ond only) swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas. It is one of the few resorts that is within walking distance to all of the excitement and entertainment that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. It has a beautiful swim up bar, three pools, spa, and two restaurants, while being conveniently located right next to the very popular Edith's restaurant, beachfront Office restaurant and Billigan's Island restaurant.

There are private beach umbrellas and lounges, beachfront bar, and watersports right in front of Cabo Villas.

You can walk to the Marina for fishing, or party at Cabo Wabo, The giggling Marlin, El Squid Roe, shop or hit any of the cabo hot spots without renting a car or hiring a cab. This truly is one of the nicest resorts on the best location in Cabo San Lucas.

The staff are the best, the food is wonderful, and the prices are very reasonable.

The one bedroom deluxe has a apartment size refrigerator, two burner stove, coffee maker, microwave, and cooking utensils, dishes for 4 and a breakfast bar. The One bedroom executive has a full size refrigerator, four burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes for four, dining table, and breakfast bar PLUS its own private 4 person hot tub on the balcony. Both have televisions with cable, and flat screen TV's in the master bedrooms. The rooms are marble through out. The one bedroom deluxe has a single bath with shower, the one bedroom executive has two bathrooms with the main bath having a shower and bathtub.

The price depends on the room. Full payment is expected upon booking at which time you will receive confirmation directly from the resort. Half payment with the remainder 30 days out can be negotiated for reservations more that 90 days out. Usually I will work with interested clients to meet whatever their individual needs are.
