This elegant 3 bedroom / 3.5 bath beachfront townhouse is located 7 miles (15 minutes) north of central San Felipe within the gated, private golf and beach resort community of La Ventana at El Dorado Ranch. The community features a championship 18-hole golf course with 4 holes played along the waterfront; tennis courts; swimming pools; 2 restaurants, a snackbar and a convenience shop.
This villa is located on the first line of beachfront properties – offering unobstructed views of the pristine beach and Sea of Cortez. Built on 2 levels, the villa has vaulted ceilings and central air conditioning for maximum climate control. This unit has been beautifully furnished and professionally decorated with attention to detail; it offers every conceivable amenity for your vacation in San Felipe.
On the upper level:
• Large great room with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances; dining area and living room with fireplace; half-bath. The living room has satellite TV.
• From the dining area upstairs step onto a spacious wrap-around patio with unobstructed views of the sea and beach. The patio has built-in propane BBQ and separate fireplace; the patio has dining and lounge furniture. This area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying that margarita while overlooking the sea.
• The master bedroom suite is on the upper level and features a king-size bed, spa bathroom, private balcony and satellite TV.
On the lower level:
• 2 guest bedrooms, both with queen beds. 1 bedroom has a full private bath, the other bedroom shares a full bath with the den area. Both bedrooms have private access to the lower level furnished patio with tranquil views of the sea.
• The downstairs den area has a home theater system and is furnished with sleeper sofa and loveseat.
• Laundry area with washer/dryer
• Parking is in the 2 car enclosed garage
All linens (bed/bath) are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Rates:
• $245 p/night Sunday to Thursday; $275 p/night Friday to Saturday; $295 p/night during holidays / special events
• $50 departure cleaning fee
• $1,650 weekly; monthly rates are available.

The private resort of La Ventana features a championship golf course with 4 holes played along the coastline overlooking the Sea of Cortez. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts, 2 restaurants, snackbar, convenience store and ATM within this beachfront community of beautiful custom homes.

Day excursions include tours of ancient petroglyphs (cave drawings), giant sahuaro cactus unique to the San Felipe region, natural hot springs at Puertocitos, the wine country in Ojos Negros. Your daytime activities offer many choices: enjoy a variety of water sports (kayaks, wind surfing, swimming, jetskiis), explore the shoreline and tide pools for shells, ride ATV's through sand dunes, take a guided desert tour, go horseback riding on the beach, play golf / tennis, shop for unique items, be pampered with a massage ... the choices are endless. In the evening join activities in restaurants and lounges for local flavor.

CONFIRMATION: Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received. DEPOSIT: Depends upon length of stay. Minimum deposit = 1 night's rental. BALANCE PAYMENT: Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. SECURITY: Active credit card and driver's license information is required against loss or damage to the property. PAYMENT METHODS: Major credit cards, PayPal, checks. CANCELLATIONS: $15.00 administrative fee for all cancellations. The balance of your deposit will be refunded according to the following policy: 30 day notice = 100%. 14 days or more = 50%. 7 days or more = 25% refund. Less than 7 days = forfeit. For reservations during holiday or special event periods, cancellations of 14 days or less = forfeit. To avoid forfeiture, we offer an opportunity to reschedule within 90 days, based upon availability. There is no refund for early departure.
