•Climate control with individual room air conditioners and ceiling fans throughout
•Private sleeping accommodations for 6 – 8 persons; maximum occupancy of 10 persons, including children
•Fully and comfortably furnished; all linens / towels are provided (except beach towels)

Discount not available during holidays / special event periods. 1 nite deposit + rental agreement required to confirm reservations. Cancellation policy: Holidays/ Festivals/ Race events: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 days notice = 50% refund. Less than 14 days notice = no refund. Other dates: 30 day notice = 100% refund. 14 – 29 days notice = 75% refund. 8 - 13 days notice = 50% refund. 0 - 7 days notice = no refund
