CASA DE ESPERANZA:
Casa de Esperanza, located in the gated community of La Hacienda, is a short walk to the Sea of Cortez. Up to 11 guests can be accommodated in this 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath home. There are 2 king sized beds, 1 queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds, a day bed, a trundle bed, and a queen sofa sleeper.
The upgraded kitchen, master bedroom, and living room are surrounded on the second floor by the spacious patio with views of the ocean, San Felipe, and the mountains. Each bedroom along with the living room have satellite television with local Los Angeles channels along with a DVD and VCR players. There is also an MP3 dock and stereo wired for sound on the entire second floor and rooftop patio.
The rooftop patio has 360 degree views along with the hot tub. The 2 car garage is available for storage of vehicles or toys and ample on street parking is available as well.

Activities
San Felipe is a fishing village with a long history of sport fishing.
You can arrange for sport fishing trips on small boats along the Malecon.
There are numerous quad rental businesses and quads are prevalent on public streets in San Felipe. There are sand dunes within minutes of downtown and immediately next to La Hacienda. There is an 18 hole championship golf course located at El Dorado Ranch approximately 10 miles north of San Felipe.
There is always sightseeing, waterfalls in the mountains, sulfur hot springs at the ocean’s edge in Puertecitas, and wild horses visible at times just outside the entrance to La Hacienda.
The ocean can be fun with excellent boating and personal watercraft opportunities. You will have to bring your own boats and watercraft as there are no rentals currently available in town. Click here for more information on local attractions.
