Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home facing the pacific sunset located in a resort trailer park called Popotla. Access to 2 beaches at walking distance. There is parking for 2 vehicles in front of the house. A large patio with outdoor fire chimney and barbeque grill. Full size kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Popotla park is great for family fun, bring your bikes or skates to ride around the complex.
Outside of Popotla is Fox Studios that is open to the public and offers daily tours. The town of Rosarito Beach is just minutes away where there is plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions. Driving southbound you will find Calafias Resort right next door and other small beach towns that offer great lobster and other baja favorites!

Fox Studios is open to the public and offers daily tours. The Titanic tour is especially good! Rosarito Beach is 5 minutes away where you will find shopping, restaurants, horse-back riding, night clubs and much more. Next door to Calafias Resort. Puerto Nuevo is a 20 minute drive south and Ensenada is less than one hour away.

$200.00 usd refundable deposit to hold your reservation.
$50.00 usd Cleaning fee
Full rental Payment is due one week prior to your reservation dates.
We accept cash, credit cards or checks.

Cancellation policy:
We accept your cancellation up to one week in advance and deposit will be refunded at no extra cost. Otherwise, a 25% charge will be applied for removing your reservation.
