Cancellation Policy Cancel outside of 30 days, Full refund less $50.00 Admin fee. Cancel 2 week-30 days, Full refund less 1 nt rental and $50.00 Admin fee. Cancel within 2 week, penalty of 1 nt rental and $50.00 Admin fee... balance to be transferred to another booking to use at any of my rentals within 1 year. All booking paid by credit card have a 4% processing fee. NO REFUNDS on Credit card processing fees.
