3Bedrooms (one is ocean front with king bed), 2.5 bath with laundry and full kitchen. Enjoy a patio in front on the ocean to soak up the rays and watch the kiddies splashing in the waters. Also a patio in the back of the house allows you to get out of the breezes if you wish and still see straight through the house to the water.

See Spectacular sunsets and the lights of Ensenada across the bay. Impress your family, treat them to a dream Mexican Vacation. Relax in your own private Jacuzzi tub. Huge gated lot to park off street and enclose pets.

A deposit of $200 is due to hold reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Rental is guaranteed when full payment is received. Cancellation Policy Cancel outside of 30 days, Full refund less $50.00 Admin fee. Cancel 2 week-30 days, Full refund less 1 nt rental and $50.00 Admin fee. Cancel within 2 week, penalty of 1 nt rental and $50.00 Admin fee... balance to be transferred to another booking to use at any of my rentals within 1 year. All booking paid by credit card have a 4% processing fee. NO REFUNDS on Credit card processing fees.
