Oceanfront restaurants (with Happy Hours) and world-renowned La Fonda Hotel/Spa/Restaurant/Resort within 5 minutes. Safe, gated community with many full-time American expats. 
2 immediate neighbors are full-time resident and from USA. 
 
Puerto Nuevo, the famous lobster-village is only 12 minutes by car. Ensenada fish-market, 35 minutes; Rosarito's night-life 35 minutes and Guadelupe-Valley (Mexico's Napa Valley) wine-tasting only 30 minutes away. Bajamar, oceanfront golf course 13 minutes. Lots of stuff to do, but most visitors enjoy our home to relax and get-away-from-it-all. 
 
Walk (or drive) to beach without crossing one street. Horse-back riding on the beach. Hiking, biking, shopping you name it. 
 
House has a gated courtyard and the La Mision community is safe, night-gated and night-patrolled. Washer/Dryer and complete kitchen. Balcony with palapa. Plus, you would be renting our own family-home and not some rental property built with rental in mind. The quality of our home and its appliances and amenities is top-notch.
