We are located on the beaches of San Felipe in the prestigious gated community of
Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of town. Our house is a home away from home. We offer a new,
large property with private beach access and a single entrance which is
then divided into two separate, self contained units, one upper and
one lower. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled,
panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San
Felipe. The marina is located just one mile north, and is a great
place to load your coolers with shrimp, halibut, corbina, or other fish
cought daily.
Our place is a home away from home, not a typical basic beach rental. We have had many comments on it's peacefulness,beauty and decor. Here are two of the latest..
9/9/09 - We always enjoy our visits to San Felipe, this was our 12th visit to San Felipe and I can honestly say it was one of the better properties we have had the pleasure of renting. We took care of your house and we hope to rent your property in the near future. Tony

I have to admit that driving there, I was not in the best mood but once I stepped into the hallway all of my negative thoughts went away. I love the way it was designed, the way you decorated and the amazing feeling of peace that comes over you as you walk in the door. I only wish I had an extra million to buy it off of you. Shealan :)
Each unit is self contained. The lower level has over 1600 square
feet of living space, while the upper is a bit smaller with about 1300
square feet. Both have two bedrooms with a full bath and each have
an additional guest bathroom. The upper level has a queen sized bed
in each bedroom plus a double, fold our sofa bed. The
(lower level) is equipped with one king sized bed in the master's suite and
a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. We have 2 queen inflatable
beds that can be used for additional guests.
Each floor has a dining and living area overlooking the ocean and beach below, a
patio with table and chairs,and fire pit. Both have idividual air conditioning and heating units. Both
have a fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher, garbage disposal,
microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and refrigerator with icemaker.
Both offer a laundry room.

This property is unique in that you may rent the entire home, or you may opt for either the upper or lower level. The entire property rents for $535.00 per night. The upper level rents for $285.00 per night and the lower level rents for $315.00 per night. We also offer very competitive special weekly rates of $1400.00 for the upper level, $1600 for the lower level or $3000.00 for the entire home.

We are a deluxe property located ON THE BEACH! The property offers fantastic views of the ocean and the town of San Felipe to the north. Enjoy beautiful mountain, desert, and sea views. With all the amenities including 4 TVs with DVD players, DVDs books, and games for your enjoyment, a local phone, ceiling fans throughout, bar-b-que, fire pit, and private beach stairway access, you will feel right at home. A favorite past time for many of our family is walking down the beach and shelling. With very high and low tides, there is always fun for everyone. The town offers many good little restaurants to choose from and there are the usual souvenir shops.

An exciting unique activity not listed above is to take an ultralite flight! A simple phone call will allow you to book a flight. He will pick you up and deliver you back to the beach in front of our property! The town offers off road racing, including the world class Baja 250 amoung others, where race inthusiasts come to pre-run these courses. Occassional festivals throuout the year, poker runs, sand drags, desert tours, jet skis, quad rentals, kayaking, hobycat rides, banana boat rides, horseback riding on the beach, in town nightclubs, fishing tours, and shopping are all available for your pleasure.

				High Season Price:	$1,400 per Week

Our rates are year-round. No weekly rates are available for holiday periods. We require payment in full by check or direct deposit at time of booking. We charge a $350.00 to $450.00 security deposit per level which is fully refundable by mail once the property has been vacated and inspected. Cancellation policy is as follows: Beyond 30 days, full refund less $50.00 processing fee, 30 - 15 days, 50% penalty, 14 days or less, non refundable. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to take credit cards but we are currently looking into PayPal.
