We are located on the beach in the prestigious gated community of
Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of town. We offer a new,
large home with private beach access and a single entrance which is
then divided into two separate, self contained units, one upper and
one lower. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled,
panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San
Felipe. The marina is located just one mile north, and is a great
place to load your coolers with the local catch of the day.

Each unit is self contained. The lower level has over 1500 square
feet of living space, while the upper is smaller with about 1200
square feet. Both have two bedrooms with a full bath and each have
an additional guest bathroom. The upper level has a queen sized bed
in each bedroom plus a double sofa bed. The owner's quarters (lower
level) is equipped with one king sized bed in the master's suite and
a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. We have 2 queen inflatable
beds that can be used for additional guests.
Each floor has a dining and living area overlooking the ocean, a
patio with table and chairs, and air conditioning and heating. Both
have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal,
microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and refrigerator with icemaker.
Both units offer a reverse osmosis system and a laundry room.
Parking is very limited so please inquire. Please note that Mexican
law prohibits ATVs and other motorized vehicles on the beach.
RVs are not allowed in the gated community.

This property is unique in that you may rent the entire home, or you may opt for either the upper or lower level. the whole property rents for $596.00 per night. (That includes a 20% discount for the renting both levels). The upper level rents for $350.00 per night and the lower level rents for $395.00 per night. Rental of either level for a minimum of five nights also qualifies you for a 20% dicsount.

We are a deluxe property located ON THE BEACH! The property offers fantastic views of the ocean and the town of San Felipe to the north. With all the amenities including coffee maker, blender, reverse osmosis and bar-b-que, you will feel right at home.

Low Season Price : $4172 High Season Price : $4172 per Week
We require payment in full by check or direct deposit at time of booking. We charge a $350.00 security deposit per level which is fully refundable by mail once the property has been vacated and inspected. Cancellation policy is as follows: Beyond 30 days, full refund less $50.00 processing fee, 30 - 15 days, 50% penalty, 14 days or less, non refundable.
