Three private bedrooms (two queens and one king bed);two full baths. The home is a traditional Mexican colonial adobe with a spacious 'grand room', entry, living room with rock fireplace and dinning room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your stay. You may ask for more pictures.....

The living room is large; an open terrace offers spectacular ocean views from above; a wide sandy beach is available for surfing, surf fishing, or just walking. Enjoy the oceanfront terrace for coffee,
entertaining, or simply relaxing in the sun. Beautiful sunsets, maybe dolphins playing in the surf, and an unsurpassed panoramic view of the Coronado Islands add to your relaxing stay.

San Antonio Del Mar is only 12 miles south of the border on the scenic toll-road and 6 miles North of Rosarito Beach. It's a safe, gated, oceanfront community with 24-hour private security patrols, a community swimming pool, and tennis courts. San Antonio is a perfect vacation spot with tranquility and privacy.

Rosarito Beach is a slow paced beach community for relaxing, being with family and friends. Its restaurants, shopping areas and night life just add to your 'get-a-way'. Most of your stay would be enjoying the beach, water activities and shopping. It is a wonderful place to spend time with your loved ones and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Ocean from you balcony.

Enjoy golf at nearby Real Del Mar, a beautiful public country club course with snack bar, sports bar, and restaurant. Or, enjoy swimming, tennis, beach walks, and simply 100% relaxation in San Antonio. For a Pebble Beach 'links' course travel 32 miles south on the the free highway to Baja Mar, a beautiful 27 holes championship course that will delight and frustrate any golfer.

For those staying long a trip into San Diego, the zoo, Sea World, restaurants and night life are only 20 minutes from the border.

We require a NON-REFUNDABLE (see below) check or money order in advance, to confirm reservations and a check or money order, prior to your arrival, for payment of the balance due. Ask regarding other payment methods and regarding parties. We typcially do not rent for one night, but on occation may for $330. Stays over six months can be negotiated, please call or email.

The refundable security deposit, less damage charge (if any), will be returned by mail within ten days after your departure.

CANCELATION POLICY: A 75% refund is given if your notice of cancellation is received at least 6 weeks prior to your confirmed occupancy date. We will do everything we can to help you reschedule
for a later date OR 100% REFUND if we can fill the dates you requested with another guest.
