This estate residence is tastefully furnished and decorated in true Mexican colors with lots of art, and Mexican whimsy. Kitchen is a cook's dream, huge 800' veranda overlooking the sweeping Pacific makes it the perfect entertainment home. A great place to whale watch. Master bedroom has a huge bath with jacuzzi tub.
There is a $70 cleaning fee and refundable security deposit of $300.
The required deposit is 50% with a signed contract. Deposit is due at the time of booking. All reservations are subject to a cancellation charge of $100. For reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not re-rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge.
Final payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.
