The cottage comprises of 4 bedrooms 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom 1 twin room with en-suite shower room 1 upstairs single room with ensuite shower room & 1 downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room .
The large open plan living room is tastefully decorated with many original features. It has leather sofas awood burning stove as well as a flat screen TV & DVD player.The kitchen is fully fitted with shaker style units and has washer/drier,fridge,freezer,dishwasher,oven,hob & microwave.
Off the lounge is a large dining hallway witch again has retained many original features.
The cottage has oil fired central heating and fitted carpets throughout.There is plenty of car parking and a area to the side of the cottage which has tables and chairs.
Local pubs are just minutes away and can provide delicious lunches and evening meals there are also several exelent resturants within a few miles .
The cottage is close to Hebden Bridge and Howorth (Bronte Country) Homfirth (Last of the summer wine)it is all so perfectly placed for day trips to York,The Yorkshire Dales,The Lake District,Blackpool.For walkers the Calderdale Way runs within metres of the cottage & the Pennine Way is close by.Horse Riding is available at the cottage ,with stabling for people with thier own horses.For people who like to Shop there are many small different shops in Todmorden & Hebden Bridge and there is a good Train service from Todmorden to Manchester & Leeds
