Situated just outside York City walls, a couple of minutes walk to Walmgate Bar – one of the ancient walled city gates. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the heart of York City centre.  
 
The apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The master bedroom has an en suite shower-room. There is a second double bedroom. The apartment also has a house bathroom with shower over the bath.  
 
An allocated car parking space is provided in the secure gated courtyard.  
 
The living/dining room, with kitchen off, has freeview TV and DVD/CD player. Wifi internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped, including electric fan oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/drier and dishwasher.
