We invite you to share a genuinely relaxing way of life. 
 
This beautiful and secluded site, with six cottages, is located on the River Esk at Ruswarp, adjacent to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park an area of outstanding natural beauty. 
 
Only two miles from the historic fishing port of Whitby and a 45 minute drive to the lovely city of York. 
 
Tucked away next to the river and on our private grounds, are riverside retreats.  
 
Take time out with your family or friends to enjoy this peaceful lifestyle. 
 
Wildlife abounds, nature is on your doorstep, you can feed the ducks and swans, watch the fish jump and catch a glimpse of the kingfisher. The only disturbance is the passing steam train on the opposite bank. 
 
Calm prevails.

    • There is a crazy golf course and indoor play center opposite the site, with rowing boats and canoes next door, Whitby is just over a mile away and has restaurants and bars, and lots of shops etc.

    		  Low Season Price: €250 per Week
      High Season Price: €475 per Week
         

    Deposit. Bookings will not be confirmed until a 30% deposit of the total accommodation rental is received. However, if the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement date, the full rental will be required. Cancellation. In the event that you should have to cancel your holiday the deposit is non-refundable but we will do our best to offer an alternative date, if available. If it is not possible to re-let the accommodation and it is within 8 weeks of your holiday start date then you will also be liable to pay the balance due. Payment by credit card over the phone, cheques, or you can book online and pay through paypal.
