Vacation Rental Description

Set in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Carlton is centrally located for many places of interest from castles to churches and is ideal for touring the Dales. Superb scenery, wonderful walking and fabulous food. A warm welcome awaits.

Facilities

We have 3 bedrooms, a spacious double en-suite, a twin/super king with en-suite and a double with sole use of he house bathroom (the bathroom is down the hall). Each bedroom has tea (including decaff), herbal teas, coffee (including decaff), biscuits, drinking chocolate and fresh milk, hairdryers, free WiFi and stunning views from our south facing windows. There is a cosy oak beamed guest lounge with books, maps, games, jigsaws and wood burning stove. The dining room has Edwardian furniture and large dining table. A comprehensive breakfast menu is available for you to chose your locally sourced breakfast (wherever possible).

We have 3 golf courses, a theatre and cinema within 12 miles, the Forbidden Corner within 3 miles, a torture chamber (gym), Middleham Castle and Bolton Castle within 5 miles. Aysgarth Falls, Asgrigg (All Creatures Great and Small, Middleham, Leyburn, West Burton are all within easy reach with Keld, the Buttertub Pass, Hawes and Reeth a little further afield. The White Scar Caves are worth a visit as are Ingleton Falls.

Carlton is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park with stunning views over Coverdale and is close to so many places of interest and other fantastic scenery including Aysgarth Falls, Bolton Castle, Leyburn, Middleham and its castle, Hawes and Reeth to name but a few.

Absolutely stunning vistas when touring around the smaller Dales and Vales, you really shouldn't miss them.

Prices are from £66.00 per room per night based on 2 people sharing. A £10.00 per room per night deposit is requested.
We will charge the full room rate if you do not show up and the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment by Sterling cheque, Sterling traveller's cheque or cash Sterling. A Paypal invoice can be issued but a 5% surcharge will be incurred.
