This mid-terrace cottage is set in the village of Staithes in the North York Moors National sleeping upto six people in two bedrooms.

Cowbar Cottage is a traditional, mid-terrace cottage situated in the fishing village of Staithes, 10 miles from Whitby in the North York Moors National Park. This cottage sleeps upto six people and has two bedrooms consisting of one double and one single with additional pull out bed as well as a sofa bed in the sitting room and a family bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for one car and a small lawned garden with furniture. Cowbar Cottage is ideal for families that wish to explore the the North York Moors.

Facilities

Night storage heaters downstairs, electric heaters upstairs, additional heating from woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, video. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, 2 additional parking permits for roadside parking. Small lawned garden to rear with furniture accessed via steps. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Open tread stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Note: Access to the garden is across a communal path, and down approx 8 steps.

				Low Season Price:	£240 per Week
				High Season Price:	£530 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
