Moors Edge Cottage is a very cosy single storey property on a working hill farm half a mile from the village of Rosedale Abbey. There are two bedrooms, both of which can be offered as either a double or twin depending on your requirements. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living area (accessed via a split level floor) is open plan with a kitchen, dining area and a woodburner in the sitting area. Outside is off road parking, and an enclosed garden with furniture. With the moors, coast and plentiful attractions all easily reached, Moors Edge Cottage makes a wonderful country retreat.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved dog welcome, second and third dog welcome at £20 each per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: There is a three foot drop from the patio to the lawn.

Activities

Perfectly positioned for touring both the Moors and the Coast, the picturesque village of Rosedale Abbey is situated in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Located in Rosedale, a beautiful valley of sweeping hillsides and breathtaking views, this lovely little settlement is surrounded by wonderful moorland countryside and offers walks in every direction. The village is home to the remains of a 12th Century Cistercian Priory - a stone pillar, staircase and sundial are all that remain – which gave the town its unusual name. The village is now largely made up of stone-built cottages clustered around the village green. Packed with local amenities such as shops, tearooms, an art gallery, a glass studio and three old country pubs, there is plenty to do without venturing to nearby Hutton-le-Hole, Ryedale and Kirkbymoorside.

				High Season Price:	£572 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
