This semi detached farmhouse is located near to High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms.

Spens Farm is a semi detached farmhouse near to the town of High Bentham on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage is split into the main farmhouse and an annexe and has a total of five bedrooms (three doubles with ensuites), one twin and one family room. There is a family bathroom, two fitted kitchens (one with a dining area) and two sitting rooms. Outside the cottage is off road parking for six cars and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Set in glorious countryside, Spens Farm is a luxury property in a stunning part of the country.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. All fuel and power inc. in rent (fuel for woodburning stoves on honesty box basis). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 6 cars. Spacious gardens with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. Note: Check in time at this property is 4pm.

Activities

The market town of High Bentham has a weekly cattle market, shops and a choice of pubs. The market towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal are all within easy driving distance.

				High Season Price:	£1,755 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
