This delightful, semi-detached cottage is situated in the rural village of Ugthorpe, near Whitby, and can sleep up to six people in two bedrooms and a sofabed.

Longstone Cottage is a single-storey, stone barn conversion in the village of Ugthorpe. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a sofabed in the open plan living area, this cottage sleeps up to six. There is also a bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a dining area, as well as a sitting area with woodburner. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a garden area. With great walks, and Whitby so close, Longstone Cottage is perfect for a family holiday.

The village of Ugthorpe lies 9 miles from Whitby. There is a local village inn serving food, plus the seaside village of Sandsend is 6 miles away and Runswick Bay is 3 miles away, both of which provide sandy beaches.

				High Season Price:	£585 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
