Highbeck Cottage is a 300 year old, semi detached, stone built cottage, situated close to the hamlet of Coverham, one mile from Middleham in the Yorkshire Dales. Set over three floors, this cottage can sleep six people and comprises of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. This cottage also contains a kitchen, and sitting room with dining area and an open fire. To the outside, there is a garden with a patio and furniture, plus off road parking for three cars. Located close to the town of Leyburn and the stunning countryside, Highbeck Cottage is perfect for family or friends.

Note: Cottage is set on a working stables - horses pass the cottage between 7am and 1pm each day, please keep children/pets under strict supervision.

Activities

The Wensleydale town of Middleham has a Norman castle, which dates from 1190 and a lovely market square, which is partially cobbled and offers a wide range of shops, pubs and places to eat. A short drive away is the town of Leyburn, which offers many shops and pubs.

				High Season Price:	£633 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
