This attractive Edwardian semi-detached house offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to five people.

This spacious, semi-detached Edwardian property is situated in the delightful village of Harome. There are two light and airy sitting rooms, comfortably furnished and with some beautiful character features such as wooden panelling on the stairs. The kitchen is bright and well equipped and the property benefits from a separate dining room. The three traditionally decorated bedrooms are spacious and offer a peaceful atmosphere in which to relax and have a good night’s rest, and the twin room enjoys an en-suite bathroom while there is a further family bathroom and ground floor shower serving the rest of the house. Outside to the rear is a delightful private and enclosed patio with seating to enjoy the garden as well as shared use of a children's play area whilst to the front there is a lawned area. This is a beautiful property from which to enjoy a holiday in this fabulous location.

Activities

The charming village of Harome is on the southern edge of the North York Moors. It has the requisite village pond and green with old stone cottages along the main street. Harome has two pubs, both serving good food and one of them sells local produce to visitors and residents alike. For more shops and other amenities, Helmsley is only three miles away and is a delightful market town complete with a 12th Century castle. Duncombe Park is on the outskirts of the town and is a magnificent restored house surrounded by landscaped gardens and parkland, much of it a National Nature Reserve. York, Pickering and Kirkbymoorside are all within easy reach and with the stunning countryside and a wealth of attractions, this is a marvellous area for a holiday.

				High Season Price:	£680 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
