A traditional cottage that oozes charm, this property is a perfect hideaway for small families or a group of friends at any time of year, with comfortable accommodation for up to four people.

This property is situated at the end of a row of traditional terraced cottages. From the outside, it blends in well with its picturesque setting, being built from sandstone and having a traditional, red-pantile roof. Inside, exposed beams and an open fire add to its charm and it even has a large garden with a barbecue for the summer months. Two tastefully decorated double bedrooms offer enough sleeping accommodation for up to four people and there is off-road parking available for one car.

Large, enclosed rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is an open stream at the bottom of the garden - children should be supervised.

Activities

Hutton-le-Hole is one of North Yorkshire’s most popular villages. The first thing that may strike you about the village is the number of moorland sheep that wander through, hoping to pick up scraps from the many visitors that this beautiful hamlet attracts all summer long. A stream runs through the centre of the village, adding to its chocolate-box appeal and also offers opportunity for a paddle during the hot weather. Just outside Hutton-Le-Hole, you will find one of the most remote pubs in the country: The Lion Inn. Pickering Castle and the North Yorkshire Steam Railway are just a stone’s throw away, as is the Ryedale Folk Museum – Yorkshire’s leading open-air museum, which hosts a series of special days and events throughout the year.

				High Season Price:	£548 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
