This property enjoys an elevated position and is a terraced cottage with wonderful views to the harbour, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six people.

This traditional terraced cottage enjoys an elevated view over the harbour and sea. Set over three floors, it offers simple, refreshing accommodation, which gives the cottage a tranquil air. The sitting, dining and kitchen area are all on open plan and there is an open wooden staircase leading to the upstairs, making the property light and airy. The sitting area with its fabulous harbour views is welcoming and has a cosy flame effect electric fire in a tasteful fire surround. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with the dining area just off to one side. The three bedrooms are calm retreats and the modern bathroom is well appointed. Outside is a sunny west-facing patio, and this property offers a super base to see this wonderful area at any time of the year.

Activities

Situated at the mouth of the River Esk, Whitby is an ancient fishing port steeped in history. The ruin of St Hilda’s Abbey is high on Whitby’s East Cliff and looks down on narrow streets and alleyways. From the old town, the parish church of St Mary, also on East Cliff, has 199 steps leading to it and the churchyard was one of the inspirations for Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Other attractions in Whitby include the Captain Cook Memorial Museum, Victorian Jet Works and The Dracula Experience. There are year-round events at Whitby Pavilion Complex and there is a blue flag beach and spectacular cliffs and bays to explore. Whitby is in a beautiful region and offers visitors a great deal of variety for a memorable holiday any time of year.

				High Season Price:	£634 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
