Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, 12 Hall Croft offers accommodation including a delightful first floor sitting room with patio doors opening onto a balcony; modern kitchen with central island; large dining area opening to a summer room; three pleasing bedrooms, and a superb bathroom. There is a rear garden and decked area to the outside, that provides a welcoming and relaxing area to kick off your shoes and have a glass of something after a day spent sightseeing. Skipton town centre is a pleasant few minute’s stroll away along the canal and offers plenty of restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and more.

Skipton is recognized as the "The Gateway to the Dales", and is superbly located for discovering all that the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. Golf, swimming, squash, tennis and other sports and leisure activities are all on offer locally, while just one mile away you can visit Embsay Steam Railway or enjoy a canal trip on a traditional barge. The historic city of York, the Lake District and the West Coast are also all an easy drive away.

High Season Price : £510 per Week

Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date.

Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
