Able to sleep eight people across two double rooms – one of which comes with an en suite – and two twin rooms, this is a wonderfully diverse property and could easily offer home-from-home accommodation to a large family or a party of friends.

Situated in a residential area at the very heart of the beautiful Dales village of Austwick is this delightful cottage, a lovely semi-detached property. Comfortable and spacious throughout, this lovely building offers a charming sitting room and a large, well-equipped fitted kitchen. The cottage also comes with a pretty, well-established garden set amidst fantastic views over the surrounding countryside – ideal for al fresco dining.

Full gas central heating throughout with additional heating from flame effect gas fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD player/radio etc, library of books/games etc. All fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 1 car, roadside parking for 2 cars. Mature lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Arguably one of the finest areas for walking in the region, the village of Austwick provides an excellent base for ramblers looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Full of limestone pavements and scars, caves and open moors, this diverse and varied scenery offers a wealth of wonderful cycle tracks and walks through areas full of natural interest. In addition to boasting an excellent local pub serveing home cooked meals as well as a country hotel for an extra special night out, Austwick also has a shop and post office to meet visitors daily needs. As one of the less well-known villages in the area, this wonderful little settlement offers a quiet location off the beaten track and away from the crowds. With the towns of Settle, Kirkby Lonsdale, Skipton and Kendal all close by, Austwick provides peace and quiet without leaving you feeling marooned.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
