This detached bungalow cottage is located on the edge of the village of North Cowton, close to both the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Millstone is a detached bungalow cottage on the edge of the village of North Cowton, close to the market town of Richmond. This all ground floor cottage boasts three bedrooms consisting of one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. There is also a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with open fire and a conservatory. To the outside of this cottage there is a garden with furniture and BBQ and ample off road parking, plus a garage for one car. Millstone is perfect for families or friends wanting to explore this area.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, colour TV etc. All oil and electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Large garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Ample off road parking and garage for one car. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile and pub 5 mins walk. Ideally placed for exploring the diverse and beautiful countryside of Yorkshire, the charming and rural village of North Cowton is an excellent base for anyone looking to holiday in the area. Within easy reach of the North York Moors, this wonderful village is situated just a short drive from the popular Swaledale market town of Richmond and boasts a proud history. Often involved in skirmishes between English and Scottish soldiers during medieval wars, there is still a field in the near vicinity called Scots Graves that serves as a poignant reminder of the battles fought there. Nowadays, this pretty little village is somewhat quieter and is primarily served by amenities in Richmond. It does, however, boast both a pleasant village green and a traditional pub which serves good food.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
