weekly bookings 20% deposit

Short breaks and bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival payable in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival - a full refund is given, less deposit, if the cottage can be re-let (or a refund to the value of the re-let if the cottage has to be let at a lower rate).

Cancellations before 6 weeks of arrival receive a full refund, less deposit, with a further 10% refund at the owner's discretion if the cottage is subsequently re-let at the full price.
