Vacation Rental Description
There are four bedrooms – two double en suite, a further double and a triple bed room with second bathroom on the same floor, sleeping a maximum of nine persons. The en suite bathroom includes bath and shower, the second bathroom has shower , both have WC and wash basin. All bedrooms have co-ordinating bed linen and curtains. The master bedroom has a 15” colour television. All linen and towels are provided within the price, also a range of toiletries. Cot facility also available.
.The ground floor comprises large fitted kitchen, with a large gas range, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, mixer, blender, juicer and other electrical kitchen appliances. The Kitchen is of traditional farmhouse style with flagstone flooring and dining area. A separate dining area follows through from the kitchen with handmade oak dining table, with legs being made from the original elm beams from the outbuildings. Children’s high chair available on request.
Then through to the lounge with co-ordinating curtains and furnishings, Inglenook fire place, traditional beams and French windows with view to the garden. Front windows give views of the Church. A separate study room( with cloakroom including WC and wash basin) has a broadband internet connection so please bring your computer to access the internet..
The property has a Direct Dial Telephone, Colour Television, CD and DVD player. Sky HD Television including Sports and Movie Channels.
Elmhurst has a large mature garden, with off road Car parking area ample for four cars. Garden Furniture and Barbeque are available for the Summer Months.
The inside of the property is Non Smoking and we allow one well behaved pet.

Activities
Elmhurst is in the original part of the village on the main street opposite St Swithin’s Church. Surrounded by thatched cottages in a quiet location, a walk of 150 metres just across the village green to The College Arms a charming pub offering food. The village has a General Store, Post Office, Butcher’s & Take Away for Fish & Chips and Chinese Food.
Six miles to Stratford upon Avon, here you can visit The Shakespeare Centre, Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, New Place, Nash’s House & Hall Croft. Mary Arden’s House at Wilmcote. Tours of the town are available by Guide Friday. Stratford is also very good for shopping and has a racecourse. Visit The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and Swan Theatre, next to the river for which we can supply booking information.
Warwick Castle is one of the main attractions of the area. Other Stately Homes include Ragley Hall and Coughton Court. The National Exhibition Centre is 33miles, National Agricultural Centre, Stoneleigh 25 miles.
