This 350 year old cottage is located near to Grafham Waters in Cambridgeshire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

The Cottage is a 350 year old cottage in part of a building that was once owned by the family of Oliver Cromwell, on a 6 acre site near to Grafham Waters which is near to Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. With three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one with bunk beds) and a family bathroom, it can sleep six people. Also within the accommodation is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Also available on site is a children's play area and an open air heated swimming pool which is available through the summer months. With so many facilities available on site and the fabulous Cambridgeshire countryside to discover, The Cottage is a wonderful family holiday cottage all year round.

Activities

The Cambridgeshire village of Grafham is best known for its Grafham Waters, a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest which cover 1500 acres. The site is also a haven for wild life, with insects, birds, mammals and amphibians. And for those who enjoy fishing, Grafham Waters is the king of the trout reservoirs. The site also offers picnic areas, restaurants, café, and specialist sports hire and sales shops. Within easy travelling distance you will find Huntingdon, St Neots, and Cambridge, all offering many attractions to visit.

				High Season Price:	£839 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
