This former hayloft conversion is on a working farm on the edge of Acton Burnell, near to Shrewsbury in Shropshire and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Rosehay is a conversion of a former hayloft and is situated on a working form on the outskirts of the small village of Acton Burnell, seven miles from Shrewsbury in Shropshire. This cottage sleeps four people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one king size double and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom and a ground floor family shower room. The cottage also has a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and French windows to the patio area, and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Outside, this cottage has off road parking for three cars and a private patio area with chimnea and BBQ. Rosehay is perfect for a romantic retreat or family holiday home that wish to explore the beautiful county of Shropshire.

Private patio area with chimnea and BBQ, walks available on farm. One small well behaved dog by arrangement. Sorry no smoking. Small shop 2 mins walk, pub (serving good food) 4 miles. Note: This is a working farm and there may be some tractor and machinery noise at certain times of the year.

Activities

Acton Burnell is a traditional Shropshire village set in rolling farmland just a few miles from Shrewsbury. Taking its name from Robert Burnell, famous for building the castle and church here in the 13th Century, this small town is ideally placed for access to the surrounding area. There are numerous walks along the local bridleways and most of Shropshire's excellent attractions are within easy driving distance, including the World Heritage Site at Ironbridge, Attingham Park and the market towns of Much Wenlock and Church Stretton. Shrewsbury town itself is also within easy reach and boasts an impressive castle, museums and an abbey. With its half-timbered buildings, this is an incredibly picturesque place to spend a holiday.

				High Season Price:	£408 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
