This detached bungalow for 4 people is in the village of All Stretton near to Church Stretton at the foot of the Caradoc and Long Mynd hills in the Shropshire countryside just a few miles south of the market town of Shrewsbury.

Overlooked by the spectacular Caradoc and Long Mynd Hills, Mayfield has been restored and furnished to a contemporary theme. The property offers comfortable accommodation arranged over the ground floor, including two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a warming wood burning stove. Mayfield also provides a large, relaxing garden, where guests can relax or dine al fresco while appreciating the beautiful hill views. This lovely holiday property is only a short distance from a pretty side valley called The Batch, leading up into the hills. The countryside surrounding the property is known for its superior walking, riding, cycling and bird watching opportunities, and the tranquil atmosphere of the area offers a wonderful holiday retreat for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle.

All Stretton is a charming village 12 miles south of the medieval town of Shrewsbury, at the foot of the stunning Caradoc and Long Mynd Hills, famous for their wonderful countryside walking opportunities. All Stretton offers a very good pub, a hotel, and a teashop, and just one mile away, Church Stretton provides pubs, tearooms, specialist shops and one of the highest golf courses in the country. The local area offers many more visitor attractions, including Acton Scott Working Farm, the Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre, Stokesay Castle, Wroxeter Roman City, Attingham Park and the an easy drive will take you to the fascinating historic towns of Ludlow, Shrewsbury, Ironbridge, Bishop's Castle, and Much Wenlock.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
