26 Mill Street is a charming Grade II listed 17th century townhouse in the heart of Ludlow's old town.

This lovely holiday property dates from the 17th Century with accommodation arranged over three floors that includes two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, and a dining room with inglenook fireplace and woodburner. The property is full of character, with oak floors, exposed oak beams and wall timbers throughout. It also has an award-winning courtyard area that is a wonderful area in which to enjoy an evening drink or a spot of supper. 26 Mill Street is just a few minutes from Ludlow’s 11th century castle and excellent shops, pubs and restaurants.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking by property at £2 per 3hrs (8am-6pm), or choice of car parks around the town. Shared award-winning courtyard garden with garden furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Ludlow town centre 5 mins walk. Nearest pub/restaurant 3 mins walk. The stunning countryside of the Welsh Marches is home to the historic market town of Ludlow, on the River Teme. Ludlow’s almost intact medieval street pattern, near 500 listed buildings and impressive 900 year old castle with its interesting architecture supply an intriguing backdrop for the town's regular street markets which showcase a range of superb local produce, arts and crafts and more. Famous for its shopping, Ludlow has many antique and art and craft shops, excellent Michelin-starred restaurants and a superb selection of pubs, inns and tea shops. The Linney Riverside Park offers a children’s play area, boat hire, and a putting green. Church Stretton, Shrewsbury and Hereford, and visitor attractions such as Ironbridge Gorge, Severn Valley Railway, Cardingmill Valley and Berrington Hall are all within easy reach and make this holiday destination one you’ll want to go back to.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
