Just five miles from Ludlow in the centre of the picturesque village of Whitton, this lovely barn conversion boasts some beautiful period features. These wonderful, period characteristics remain throughout the whole property and continue in to the three bedrooms – one king size four poster double, one twin room, and one with adult bunk beds. With the medieval town of Ludlow nearby, the property is well-served by local amenities and makes a wonderful holiday location, regardless of the time of year.

Full oil central heating throughout. Electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free, on site carp, bream and rudd fishing. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage at owners’ house (2 mins walk). Front patio with furniture and BBQ. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: On-site fishing pond is fenced but please ensure children are supervised at all times. The picturesque village of Whitton-near-Ludlow, in the heart of the beautiful south Shropshire countryside, makes an excellent holiday location for anyone who wants to explore what this wonderful area has to offer. Boasting an eleventh century church, this charming little village is renowned amongst walkers as great place to discover the popular Clee, Caradoc and Long Mynd Hills. Nearby is the village of Church Stretton, known as "Little Switzerland" amongst the locals, and the medieval town of Ludlow with over five hundred listed buildings, some of which date back centuries. Ludlow also boasts a myriad of excellent eateries, tearooms and restaurants – four of which have been awarded Michelin stars. With so much to see and do, everyone is sure to find something in the local area to make their holiday to Whitton an unforgettable experience.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
