Grange Cottage offers a wonderful holiday home from which to discover the delights of the heart of North Shropshire and beyond. This pretty brick-built cottage in Poolhead is situated adjacent to the owner's Victorian farmhouse, in the grounds of a 30-acre smallholding. Grange Cottage offers cosy accommodation arranged over one floor that is ideally suited to a couple for a romantic break in the countryside. The accommodation includes one bedroom with access to the delightful garden via French windows, and two sitting rooms, one of which affords a beautiful aspect to make the most of the sunshine. A selection of pleasant walks is available in the surrounding farmland and open countryside, or you can visit the tranquil lakes for which this part of Shropshire is famous.

Oil central heating throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge (no ice box), use of owner's washing machine in shared utility, 2 x colour TVs, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for one car. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 miles. The small hamlet of Poolhead nestles in beautiful North Shropshire farmland, and is located between the charming market towns of Ellesmere and Wem. These rural towns are welcoming places with a choice of visitor amenities including shops, pubs and eateries. Dating from Saxon times, Wem is a lively market town that still holds a market on Thursdays, and is famous as the home of modern sweet peas. Visitors can explore picturesque east Wales and the lovely county of Shropshire, including the interesting towns of Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Church Stretton, from the delightful village of Poolhead.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
