Nestling in the side of a plum orchard, this newly constructed brick and timber clad lodge, has uninterrupted views over our coarse fishing lake and down the Teme valley. The lodge is built and furnished to a high standard, double glazed, with oil fired central heating and comprise:

Ground Floor:

* Open plan. Well appointed kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.
* Dining area to seat six.
* Comfortable lounge area with colour TV, electric log effect fire.
* French windows opening onto veranda with BBQ and patio furniture.
* Twin bedded room with ensuite shower, toilet and wash-hand basin.
* Suitable for wheelchair access.

Upstairs:

* Bedroom 1 - Large bedroom with French windows. 5ft double bed.
* Bedroom 2 - Twin Bedded Room.
* Bathroom - Comprising bath with shower over, toilet and wash-hand basin.

Ample parking. 2 well behaved pets allowed. All our properties are non-smoking.

Lodges are subject to an out of season two person discount and short breaks (not high season unless late availability). Two day weekend breaks 60%, three day weekend and four day mid-week breaks 80% of weekly rate.
Bed linen is provided in all properties. Towels for overseas guests only.
BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of 1/3rd is required, balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. In the event of cancellation, if the property can be successfully re-let, a refund, less the deposit will be made. If re-let for a proportion of the period, then the relative proportion will be refunded. If the property cannot be relet, all monies paid by the holidaymaker shall be forfeited.
