Overlooking the lower lake with stunning views down the Teme valley, are three eco-friendly bungalows, skillfully converted from a farm building. Pippin and Bramley are the end bungalows, Russett in the centre is approached from a flight of steps.

Each bungalow comprises a comfortable open-plan living space, well appointed kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Modern shower room with sun tunnel. One twin and one double bedroom. Hot water and under-floor heating are supplied from solar panels and a ground sourced heat pump. French windows open onto a private patio area, with uninterrupted views over the valley.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: A deposit of 1/3rd is required, balance payable in full 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. In the event of cancellation, if the property can be successfully re-let, a refund, less the deposit will be made. If re-let for a proportion of the period, then the relative proportion will be refunded. If the property cannot be relet, all monies paid by the holidaymaker shall be forfeited.
If the behaviour of the holidaymaker is deemed unacceptable, we are entitled to ask them to leave the property without refund.
TWO well behaved pets, at a charge of £10 per pet are permitted, but must not be left unattended inside the property, or allowed in bedrooms or on furniture.
Any damages or breakages must be reported and paid for.
